Was welcomed by sales person Mark Mayhew with a smile and hand shake. Made me feel welcomed. Mark took me to every until I wanted to see based on my personal needs also showed me a few more. Mark never pressured me to buy ar up sale me. I was very comfortable. I left with lots to think about. I received 1 call mid week just to check if there were any questions I had. I drove back out the next weekend was treated the same way. Revisited some trailers and shown one that had come in used as well. Made my decision without feeling any pressure. I feel I was treated with respect from the start to then end of the process of purchasing my trailer. Never pressured in any way. I would highly recommend Lens RV and Mark Mayhew as a sales rep. Len's RV is simply the most helpful & generous RV experience we have ever had New to RVing with our Prolite 12V the mechanic (so sorry I do forget your name!) pointed out to us our trailer hitch was installed. upside-down - that would be since picking it up in BC the year before. Generously stayed past closing to fix it along with the sales person (sorry, it has been months, and I do forget your name as well). Amazing service and didn't make us feel stupid. Highest recommendation, months later but no less heartfelt. Thank you!

Our trailer broke down on the 401 while on our way to the East Coast. I called Lens but they were unable to fix it. Their staff went out of their way to help us and made an appointment with Sweets Rv who promptly fixed the problem and set us on our way. Thanks for taking the time.

I believe they are trying hard to get our camper fixed. I will rerate them when it gets completed.

A country vibe but with all the modern equipment needed by RV'ers. Friendly helpful staff, safe shopping for parts. Trailer sales and service as well. Easy to find, easy parking and nice people make a good place for parts. Can't speak to the sales or service side, but they carry Jayco trailers, which have a good reputation. As my grandson said, there's a thousand moving parts inside a big moving part. What can go wrong? Glad to find Len's RV.

Thanks to Cam for excellent service and taking the time to explain things to two inexperienced folks. We didn't end up getting anything but I'd recommend this place to others because they stress good customer service.

5 months of phone calls between myself, OWASCO and Jayco to figure out how to deal with a major recall on my trailer with no resolution dealt with in 5 minutes and a friendly voice at Len's RV. Ordering parts for me and recommended a mobile tech in the area. Next time I want to spend $50,000 on a trailer I know where I will be taking my business and it won't be OWASCO. Thank you Len's for your great customer service!!!

In March 2020 just before the onset of the global pandemic we purchased our Jayco JayFlight from Lenns RV. We were consistently surprised by the smooth transaction despite the fact that there was many barriers in place with respect to COVID19. The sales team at Len’s RV was quick and efficient in dealing with any concerns we had with respect to our trailer purchase and finalizing the sale. Our trailer purchase did not go off without a hitch but we are happy to say that lens RV immediately took action to repair, replace and correct any issues that we had. We had immediate service on site when needed and nothing but our best interest at heart. Very helpful staff was a great store some prices were a bit much when they are 6x cheaper at other stores but most rv equipent was on par for prices
